If by any chance you do not deliver my vehicle's title on this day, i will personally see to it that you are eradicated from this very earth, never to be heard from again and never to be spoken of for as long as the universe is in existence. Thank you for cooperating in advance.
Also, to the CT DMV, if you give me any sort of issue today with registering my motor vehicle, you will meet a similar fate to that of the USPS, perhaps even beyond theirs. I have ascertained the required materials to complete my registration, though knowing you, I can never be too sure. Thank you as well for cooperating, in advance of course.
Yours truly, HeavyMetal from JeepForum

Never trust the DMV, you can never turn your back on those devils, they have magical ways of requiring more forms of identification when you're not lookin

Once you have had your emissions test and VIN verification completed, you will need to:
* Proceed to your local Full Service or Satellite DMV Office and submit the out of state Certificate of Title (which must show assignment of ownership) and motor vehicle Registration Certificate. * Bill of Sale (PDF) * Present the VIR or VIN verification report. * Complete Application for Registration and Certificate of Title, (form H-13). * Provide your current Connecticut Insurance Identification Card, which can be obtained from your insurance company. The insurance card must be in the name of registered owner(s) of vehicle. * Identification will be required to register a vehicle. Please see list of Acceptable Forms of Identification.
