I talked to lindseys bro about his car and he was saying he had to pass emissions and then could get it registered. i know this cause he had to get new parts and then make sure they worked before he could register it.

ct doesnt have inspection, newbs. and u get a temp reg so that you can do emissions. its an out of state vehicle. WRONG! Ct has inspection for registering out of state vehicles. 2 out of the last 3 cars i got were osv and they never had to go thru inspection

You NEED to get temp plates. Will cost around $25 I think. & they will make you pay tax on the vehicle. 6% on whatever you paid. ($225ish ?)
Then you go to emissions. $20. You don't have to pass to get it registered. I didn't and drove my vehicle for 2 years without passing.
Then you go back to DMV. Around $100 for plates. BAM

ok fuck this my title didnt come cuz apparently this guy sent it 2 day shipping...after i told him to overnight it certified mail and id cover costs. had he sent it usps, itd probably be here today by default anyway, so he paid more for it to take longer...so now i cant have a car to drive until tuesday because the DMV is closed monday... who the fuck sends shit 2 day from northern PA? it comes by default in 1 day or 2 days tops as it is
