normal under low and medium acceleration, but once i go under heavy throttle the torque drops and the rpms climb VERY slowly, backing off the throttle helps, also start ups are very rough and takes about 3 cranks to start
fuel passage blocked?
monolith catalyst clogged from silicate in the antifreeze that was passing through the cat when i blew my head gasket?

antifreeze = bad for catalytic converters
antifreeze was coming through my exhaust when i blew out my head gasket
silicate addatives in the antifreeze block the passages in the monolith of the cat causing high back pressure which = low power
not sure how much itd take to ruin mine as such though

3 cranks to start? That is pretty normal for almost every jeep I've sat in...

3 cranks to start, welcome to jeeps. mine doesnt do that... yet.. probably a check valve issue. if your cat is clogged, itll be red hot.
btw wtf ru talking about monolith cat and shit? OEM cats are only good for like 75k.
otherwise, sounds like a TPS issue.

the monolith catalyst is the center of the catalytic converter where the hc's are burnt

is someone using teh google to confizzle us.
it is completely possible your cat is clogged but i would think it would hurt your power in all throttle applications.

Do a back pressure test.

Sounds like a plugged cat. Cut the thing off.

i dont have the resources to do such, should i bother bringing it to the shop down the street and having them check it or should i hack it off and replace it with the magnaflow i was gonna get seeing how the bung i welded on wont hold my o2 sensor anymore without jamming it in the thread checked the tps, pretty normal checked the k+n, pretty clean while under load it bogs, and while revving out of gear it stumbles but climbs relatively normally

Did you weld the cat on or bolt it on? If its not to much of a pain in the ass remove the cat and see if you have your power back.
