the cat is stock, i just welded a new sensor bung in cause the old one broke off

LOL you have an OBDII. Put a scanner on it and stop guessing. Sometimes it wont throw a code if the cat is bad.

the cat is stock, i just welded a new sensor bung in cause the old one broke off Then unbolt the cat and drive it. Your neighbors may be pissed but so what. If you have power again then get a new cat.

LOL you have an OBDII. Put a scanner on it and stop guessing. Sometimes it wont throw a code if the cat is bad. I wouldn't care about it not throwing a code. You can watch all the monitors and look at fuel trims and TPS voltage.

im pretty sure that the cat is welded in, id have to cut it off, what are the odds that this is the problem and not something else more rediculous and expensive, just for kicks

well.. i don't know about all that but it sounds like clogged exhaust.. cutting you cat off and installing a cherry bomb or your magnaflow is likely to be your cheapest and easiest option at this point.. trust me when i say, I don't start with the hard fixes first.

your cat is clogged. exact problem that i had. take a sawzall about an inch before the cat and just cut it. that cut should be enough to relieve the pressure. then youll see your performance back.

got a back pressure test done, its the cat. im ordering the magnaflow that has the O2 sensor bung already installed, the one i welded in is leaking like crazy

new cat didnt fix the problem, im bringin it back to the shop monday so they can run a full diagnostic while im at school

did a fuel pressure test at school and came up with below 15psi on prime charge that would drop straight to zero as soon as the pump stopped priming, and around 20 while running, we tested justins and both the prime and running were about 40-43, goin to pick up a fuel pressure regulator, hopefully its not the pump too
