you are running 11" shocks on 5" o lift? I ran 12 on 5.5 and bottomed like crazy. Do you have any uptravel? I'm calling it 5" i haven't actually gotten an accurate measurement. Yea they are 11" travel BBCS's, you cant really tell from the picture but i've got about 2" untill the bump and then the bump itself is almost 3", its just about 5" of up travel more like 4.5". The shocks are stiff which helps and with the bumps there as well, i haven't had any problems bottoming out. At any rate, i've got more dark crappy pictures

uhhhhhhh D ring on the license plate frame? please tell me that somehow goes into a custom reciever I knew someone was going to ask about that. It is hard mounted to something back there not just the bumper. I dont plan on pulling on it though, hopefully i'll get around to building my own bumper soon. The front is that same way, The PO actually was telling me he CUT his licence plate to fit aound the d-ring and then DMV was pissed when he took it back. What an idiot This was semi covered a couple pages back... I havent had the bumpers off yet so i havent seen exactly how they are mounted. My next purchase is going to be bumpers most likely.

alright so far i'm pleased, but my rear springs are new and stiff and dont flex at all. I'm still running my stock shackle and i'd like to run a longer boomerang shackle but i dont want to increase my height any.
So i was thinking about getting the 1" boomerang shackles from TNT and taking a leaf out of my packs to reduce the spring rate. Then when they start to break in and sag over time i'll put the leaf back in.
Question is which one would be the best one to remove to get the results i'm looking for?? I know Doug did the same thing..
