have you talked to anyone with the stauns? my friend bought a set and blew up 2 of them just trying to set them up, not doing anything wrong, the company took them back saying they were defective and he got his money back... now hes either going to buy the weld ons or stazworks double bl if he gets a winning lotto ticket

yea i dont know if any explanation was ever given as to why they didnt work out, they seem like a great idea. I am probably going to go with the weld-on lox because i like welding

im not really interested in anymore bias swampers. and radial swampers have never impressed me offroad.
it's down to either the km2's, or nitto mud grapplers. I hear both wear like iron without sacrificing (too much) offroad ability. oh and they are both round too.
ill try to get pics up in a bit

i had 3 pics but got impatient with my dial up. right now the sheet metal is tack welded to the steel rod (rod fenders) im thinking im just gonna keep it that way. no real reason to fully weld it on other than looks, and if i weld it on, im gonna want to grind it all fancy, a lot of work for a little gain basically

wow, that picture sucks. i used nighttime mode too im gonna do the rears in a similar fashion methinks right now the back end is stripped due to flooding it in 12" of water, pulled the carpet and found some soaking wet rot which im taking a break from repairing. if i have time i may open up my rear fenders today (past pinch weld, bend inner fender up and re-weld)
