Sounds great alex, you will love that durango box. I got a RE pitman arm when i did mine cause i had to cut the old one off the durango box cause it was used and then did my won ton steering.

yeah everything in the steering is so much tighter and drives great... till i hit a bump. still crazy death wobble. thats next on the agenda. i want to be able to take it wheelin!!!

check the DW sticky yo. new, non-worn parts always reveal the old, shot parts you need to replace. probably a ball joint.

ball joints are brand new adam i'm actually sad to say. the only thing left would be new stabilizer and to redo or get a professional alignment. i honestly can't think of anything else that isn't brand new in this front end. thanks for the help everyone i'll keep yinz updated

Looking good dude, What trac bar do you have? I have teh HD RE trac bar and bracket and i got the frame stiffner that goes with that setup and it helped alot. It mounts to the trac bar bracket and goes under the oil pan to the other side.  Wow thats an old pic, my old ZJ tie rod and still had a sway bar, and durango box and re drop pitman arm was just installed anda ll before diff covers and gears. that was only last summer. |

my track bar is custom kyle. here is a pic of it. you can't see the track bar cause its directly behind the drag link mounted to the top of the axle also the stabilizer is gone and going to be mounted on the drag link above the axle somewhere i also have a MORE steering box brace on there that comes from the other side of the frame to the durango box with a c-rox plate  |

Very cool, I have the C rok brace and also removed my stabalizer i didnt notice a difference w/o it at all if anything its less stuff to break and less stuff to restrict flex. I also removed my way bar. After driving on the highway at 75mph w/o a stabalzer, banditt steering, and no sway bar it still handles great. Obv no sudden steering jerks w/o the sway bar like any jeep w/o it but i am so used to it and how it handles i know what to exspect. I am fabbing up a bunch of my own shit currently, check out my thread, i hope to have it all done pretty soon. Current setup  |
