I am sure you will be so much happier with it. I am getting a set of 33x10.50 mall terrains eventually to run on teh street cause wiht all the working and driving and not wheeling i am doing i am going to destroy my stts in no time and i will get better mpg's with 33s and 4:56 than 35. I am wishing i had listened to sam now and got 4:88's instead of 4:56's for 35's. Its 100x better but it still feels like its got no sack.

4.56s and 35s gives you better highway gearing than 4.88s on 35s

Well in that case i guess i did the right thing since i have to drive so far to get decent wheeling.

4.56s and 35s gives you better highway gearing than 4.88s on 35s depends. for a relatively otherwise stock jeep (read: light) maybe. optimal RPM for the 4.0 is 2300-2700 RPM. also depends on how fast you go. if you drive 75 on the highway (which will does lol) then 4.56s with 35s will yield better mpg. I however usually stay around 60-65 on the highway. Even if you were to measure the difference, it would probably be a negligible 1-2 mpg. the skinny tires would probably help more than the gearing as far as mpg. I wanted lots of gear; hell i debated getting 4.88s for a while.

Well to make wills story my jeep drives great on the highway right now, but at low rpms and around town it still feels weak.
As far as skinnier tires thats why i want 33x10.50 tires for the stree for a narrower foot print and the 33" size will be better for mpgs as well as the width. I generally drive liek will round 75mph. With your driving habbits adam you should get pretty good mileage.

Hope so. I'm getting like 15 now... doesnt help my gas gauge falls to E when i go under 1/2 tank... and the effing pump/sender is 2 years old, and the gauge came out of sam's cluster i got from him and he said it worked for him oh well. i cant wait to see how much power is gonna come back with the 4.56s- i can bark the 33s with all the bolt-ons i did.

4.56 to 4.88 is not gonna give u a kick in the pants to be worth worrying about the difference

4.56 to 4.88 is not gonna give u a kick in the pants to be worth worrying about the difference This is prolly true, thats why i am not worried about it. But i would rather ahve better HWY gears ay way. That and i just saw a pic in m folder from mabell on june 8th and i noticed i was never even in 4lo i as in 4 H the entire time so 4 lo with the new gears will be redic.
