Adam its a Yj with a willys grille and cj tail gate. He has tons in to that thing too. His exhaust was just re done by the same shop that is doing mine next week. One of the best shops around and has the best prices. He just installed the 8.1 vortec big block last month and has it running to perfection. Most of his wheeling is out west as well thought he is going to start wheeling here more and prolly RC as well. His fenders are custom built, he made the fronts and did all the frenching and 1/4" plating on the frame and then built the tube fenders on. It was originally comp cut rear but he didnt like it and it has little rear up travel so he got the new rear 1/4s and made the tube fenders on himself.
Mike, My carpet is actually used from an 01, it was pretty shady but i scrubbed it and power washed it to perfection. I have new thicker insulation to put under it as well. They are both full width and i would prolly get them narrowed. Yes i painted my moabs about 3 months ago.
John really wants to help me make my jeep the way i want it and to do it right. So hopefully after x mas we are gonna spend a weekend working on beefing up my unibody and my ARB and then when i am ready he said he'd help build up my axles.
As far as my axles go that wont be till next year or winter '10. I want to get a ford 9" rear out of a late 90s early 2000s F150 and a D 44 HP front out of a 79 bronco. But its only a dream not necessarily going to happen any time soon.

No, the pipe is gonna be close to the floor and then the 3" exh tip will float in that hole with 1/2 air space around it. Dont worry its not gonna rattle like i said this shop is really good and there will be plenty of exhaust hangers to make sure its not going to rattle. I will post up pics when its done. i am hoping to get it done wednesday afternoon after work but we will see.
