check to see if your fuel pump is working and go from there. follow the lines and just keep following the fuel system down the line and the path it takes from the gas tank to the engine

find someone near you that knows about how a car works and have them troubleshoot the problem.
also a haynes manual will help you alot.

Spark, fuel, or compression. Thats all that is needed. Why did you replace the starter? Did the engine turn over but not start? That isnt the starter. When you did the starter did you remove a ground somewhere by chance? Check for spark. Pull a plug wire, stick a screw driver in so its in the clip. Rest it close enough to a ground that spark could jump. Also check if you have fuel at the rail. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Can you smell fuel? Pull a plug and see if its wet. I think I can go on and on but Fuel or Spark. One or the other.

Oh to elminate fuel option, spray a sprits of starting fluid into the open throttle body and try it. If it rumbles to life then its a fuel issue. DONT GO CRAZY WITH THE STARTING FLUID!! Burns holes in pistons if you run the engine on it for a while.
If it doesnt even pop then its a spark issue.
