has anyone here done the doorless mod on the new hinges???

There is a writeup for it. Basically how I see it is you need to first get rid of the center pin on the the hinge then make your own. so what happens is when you go doorless, instead of having the pin sticking out of the hinge on the door itself, you lift the pin out and the door comes free.
I might be wrong though, check jeepforum.

I want to do this but I have power windows/locks. For those that have this what did you? Electrical quick disconnects?

Well if you pull out the kick panel on the inside, there are disconnects already in there that can just fit thru the hole. At least that was the case with my old '96
