I am doing this to my 2 door this summer, i hope the added weight of the longer door wont effect the allignment at all.

anyways...... you damn bickering children. Do the doors sag much without that lower part of the hinge? I'm looking to do this as soon as it get's warm again :brows: no sag at all on mine either... u just really gotta make sure that u keep dem pins str8. and have sumone hold the p-side doors as u hammer out those pins cuase liek the write up said pins are flipped. if u hammer that first one out and have no1 holdin that door. its bending up. as for sag...the only problem i had was i had 2 realign 1 of the hinges and now its perfect. u cant tell until the doors are off that its been done |

^ mine were the same way. i had to realign one hinge and i broke the pin entirely but that was easily fixed with a bolt welded in. also, no sag.

hokay so.
driver's side front and rear are done, those were easy. now-
how the hell did you do the pass side? on the front i cut the hinges (door on) and have been pounding with the punch for hours, wont move. on the back, i went to take the door off the hinge, all the bolts came out cept one, which is now rounded out and wont budge.
tips, go.
