Ok talked to the mechanic and described the problem myself. He seems to think an accumulator might be bad? stupid renix brakes. I'm going to make a giant set of brakes like they have on bikes that clamp around the rim, and then attach a brake lever on my steering wheel. I'll let you know of my progress.

Yes you can easily bypass abs.

ok cool that solves one of my problems then. This is what i get for getting the jeep fo free. theres no such thing as a free jeep.

Just talked to the mechanic and he thinks that there could be a number of things wrong. The set up of the brakes on my year jeep are really fucked up and have all kinds of recalls on them. I'm thinking it would just be easier to get rid of that system and just get a different master cylinder like the newer style and bypass all that electrical nonsense and then run a proportioning valve. Anyone have any experience with this?
