LESSON 2: AVATARS.
No avatars do not resize themselves...all the time. Sometimes the forum will resize an avatar at random, but only for that one page load. Before you set an avatar, you have to manually make sure its the correct size for the forum. If youre using photobucket, use the resize option and set it to the Photobucket preset of 160 pixels wide x 120 pixels tall...youll know it when you see it. If you arent using photobucket for whatever reasons, make sure u find a way to manually resize it before u upload it and set it as your avatar. Viewing pages with avatars the size of my 22" monitor gets old.
Avatars that display too large, will be deleted.

I know you don't really care for webshots Will, but I'm going to state this again.
If you have you image on webshots, you don't have to resize the image itself, there is a box that will let you make the "direct link" to your image, the size you need. So instead of altering the image, go to the box, click the size you want, copy the direct link, and use that. Just another suggestion, for people that don't want to resize their image just cause they want to use it as an avatar.
BTW if you can't find the box I'm referring to, scroll down, it will be on the right-hand side
That is all, thanks.
