Thats awesome dave. Can i get a link to teh site where you bought that hinge/pivot. Is 3/8" enough? everyone else seems to go at least 1/2" or more.

True that. I am going to cut off the pivot thats on my detours bumper, it a shitty design. I have replaced the brazz bushing once already and its already got play again. That a to z one will work perfectly.

Yeah. Its a nice piece. This is the second one I have used. Check with Alex to find out of the other is still any good.

I am sure it is. And its rebuildable, and easier to use than the setup detours uses. The only thing stopping me from getting it done and my other projects is i still need a welder. so hopefully i will buy one this winter and finish my projects little at a time by spring.

well FWIW...the reason the unibody holds up is due to a widely spread load...that is if you mount it ideally giggity? and its less for tearing and more for bending in a side-load
