Dave, When is your tube bending class in in session? I need to learn from the master. Im still not comfortable with this bender. I actually welded in a support to decrease its deflection. I think I got it working well now. |

yeah good luck not bending your unibody There is no problem with the way the bumper is built. It is basically the same design concept as most bumpers on the market. Nice job with the design and the build. It looks great and done properly and does not look like a hack job.

Looky. I got a tire to hang on it. I had to use an engine hoist to lift the wheel into place so I could measure and tack the first tube. What a pain in the ass.   I think its done except for some finish work. I was going to do some sheet metal and some dimple dies but I think I like it simple. |
