Pics, Vacuum secondaries or mechanical? Electric choke? Double pumper? Model number? What was it setup for?

I dont have pics right now. We just picked up a 396 to go into my dads 67 Chevelle this weekend. When the guy rebuilt the motor 396 he put the 750 on it but my dad bought a Edelbrock for the 350 which has less 2k miles and he will be using that. It has an electic choke but Im not sure if it has vacuum or mechanical secondaries. It has a dual feed line so I assume its a double pumper (I dont really know much about carbs). and a regulator that looks very similar to this:

If you could get a picture up I will be able to identify vacuum or mechanical secondaries. If it is a mechanical secondaries carb I'm probably gonna want to toy around with it meaning sold!
