So I picked one up with 4.10s and an open diff.
Took all the brake parts off of it to clean up and I also took out the spider gears and MASSIVE axle shafts.
I am going to cut the perches off and re use them and then also get some shock mounts to weld on. The only thing I really need to buy for it now is the hard brake lines and thats it. Anyone wanna weld this shit for me?
I will take pics as soon as I can and post em up.

i would just buy new spring perches instead of trying to save the old ones. i think you can get a pair for around 12 bucks. When you are ready to do this let me know, we could probably bang it out in my shop in a day

I cut the old ones off as clean as possible and hope to reuse them, I am cutting some square tube tomorrow for shock mounts, got the flange and u bolts today, and a carrier from Fred for the front, but it is the wrong carrier (thanks anyway Fred) Owen I will let you know, I need to work it out with my school schedule, I am so close to finishing and can't afford to fuck it up now.

Here is a pic of it after i had just cut off the old perches and sway bar mounts, I gotta take another pic of it. I cleaned it up quite a bit and painted the caliper mounting brackets and backing plates.
