Its cool man. Im just trying to point out things things that may get overlooked or not taken into consideration. Its really easy to get excited about something and buy it but then you realize you are in for more than youd like. I know that has happened to me before. Im just trying to make sure someone knows exactly what they are getting in to.

Plus its fun with us both being right and trying to prove a point that may be different.

Well Im going to put a hydraulic ram on a Dana 30 that will be mounted under the hood. When I get to a really big obstacle, I flip a switch that engages a solenoid that acuates the ram which in turn jams the Dana 30 in the ground and the YJ pole vaults (Dana 30 vaults) over the obstacle onto its wheels. What now?

in other news, I'm gonna seriously consider these. Take that with a grain of salt since I have no money.
these knuckles will get rid of every part of a rubi 44 that makes it suck. plus, you can get them for your 30, then just swap the knuckles onto the 44.

These sound like a good solution for me. I don't have the time or knowledge to swap a different front axles in. Not sure I like the pricetag but they're defiantly something to consider on the road of upgradeage.
