I'd say more in the 5 range, I looked at it this setup before him and talked to the guy, he said he still bent/broke the tie rod when he hit rocks hard. any steering will bend if you hit rocks hard. if you saw the way he wheeled you would understand

I think it will do just fine as does banditt steering, just try not to slam hard and fast in to shit and youll be fine. I lifted my entire jeep up off the ground on a big ass rock i ran over on just my banditt steering and front axle, ask weill my front tires were in the air, it may even be in pics or video footage. It all took some good hits tehn along with my oil pan and riddler diff cover and its all in great shape still as long as your not ramming shit you should be fine. Ive seen you wheel i still think youw ill do fine. AS far as ball joints go why would adjustability matter, they are not adjustable stocka nd if you put in stock replacements and hubs are in good shape there should not be any factors that would make it any worse. I did new non adjustable ball joints, my hubs are good and my camber is fine with 35's and banditt steering.

Kyle, for the ball joints i was just saying since my camber is off i should have gotten the adjustable ball joints so i could at least pull the camber in closer to spec.

Well from what I hear banditt is unbreakable. So when the kid told me he's replaced it a few times I shy'd away. If I hit a rock with my steering it will bend, I replace it on the trail. If I hit a rock with his steering it will bend and there won't be a replacement. If I hit a rock with banditt setup it will just fuck the rock up. That's my thinking. Plus I figure I can build one ton for the same price or cheaper once I'm ready for it.

Banditt steering is very rugged and if you damage that steering setup you prolly ahve other issues as well.

picked up a front bumper today for $120. Its homemade by a guy on naxja using .25 wall so it should be plenty beefy. I just need to get some better mounts made up for it and then i can mount it. several other projects in the near future include -raise shock mounts -fix popping trac-bar -sleeve bent HD tie-rod

that bumper looks pretty cool. Are you going to buy tie in or just make em?
