I found this... "Minor body trimming, bobbed beds, and comp cuts allowed." That is for class 2. I'm gonna look through the rules mare. That was my understanding as well. I actually will be shrinking the wheelbase ~1" Would they give you a hard time over 1"?

That was my understanding as well. I actually will be shrinking the wheelbase ~1" Would they give you a hard time over 1"? It's only going to get moved slightly forward, since I'm going to be re-making the front leaf mount I'm going to center the axle a little better than it is.

Back along you said you didn't like the bobbed bed i got over it. i like the look of the fullsize extended cab trucks when they bob the bed before the rear axle and bring the wheelbase in about a foot. the mj bed is also a little more favorable to fuel cells, inboarded shocks and tubbed wheel wells than my xj so that will be more fun for me.

Made a new trackbar bracket today. Came out good and strong in my opinion. Want to get the 4.5 springs back in the front. Hopefully Andy is willing to trade back, if not I'll have to cut a coil off or something. Also switched to the soft 8's so no more wheel spacers! I will get some pics tomorrow of how the bracket came out.

if i was yew, plate the framerail between the trackbar bracket and steering box beefness.
if both are super beef you have all the stress concentrated between them.
my frame is cracked around my trackbar bracket AND steering box brace.
