Well I would have agreed, but I jacked the truck up on it and it held. If a rock puts pressure up on it then the tranny mount will allow it to move. It at least allows rocks to slide across it and not grab ahold the aluminum casing and tear it.

Yep, I'll get some final pics up this week sometime hopefully. Not sure I ever made a thread on the revival of the frame. I can take some pics either way.

Here is an old pic of the frame resto in primer and a picture of the before damages. I'll go get some pictures of the bumper now.

Also just noticed that my temporary trackbar bracket is loose and cracked at the radius where it turns down in stock form. Gonna be building one this saturday. Now I know why there is so much play in the wheel.

Here are my plans. Order up new spring perches cause mine are rounded over. Definately going to raise up the leaf mount into the frame in the front to help lower it a little and mainly cause of clearance. And suck the bumper into a roll pan. Hopefully will be doing this over the break.

your Jeep looks JACKED in those pictures, maybe it's just me. I like your plan here. I was wondering if you would take some dimensions on your box for me. Total length end to end, then front to where the fender starts (at the bottom of the fender it fine) and the same to the rear.

I'm thinking that if I don't get rid of my heep, I want to make it into a pickup, and either chop the top off the rear and build a bed....... or if I can find one.... hmmmmm I gotta do somthing with it, it's wasting away under my Feet (literally)
