Thanks for the good comments everyone. I am putting alot of time in to this build and although its a jeep thats not gonna get wheeled its still alot of work that i am doing and not paying some speed shop to bolt on everything. Its supposed to be a custom build so no one has anything like it and give my g/f something to be proud of.
it may take time to get it done but when it is done it will be SICK. More Detailed pics as the weather warms up and the top can come down again.
The next things on the list to complete is set of black Husky liner floor mats, All Stainless steel black hinges for doors and hood, RE monotube shocks, install the lift and get her dual exhaust done.
Not sure if we should go loud and get the Flowmaster, or get a little more tone but less volume and go borla or magnaflow?
Then AEV wheels and most likely 33" cooper stt tires in the late spring/early summer.

Bunch of stuff came in the other day. RE Mono tube shocks, RE HD trac bar and bracket, RE rear trac bar relocation bracket, RE 1.75 coil spacers, and next week the sway bar disconnects will be here and the t case drop.
As long as all goes well this lift will be going in monday. Wish me luck its gonna be 48* and i am doing it in my drive way solo.

Ahh yes, freezing cold installs. Been there! Usually involves me taking out axles in the snow. Good luck man!

Its 2.5" HD coils with 1/3/4 coil spacers. I got the t case drop as a "Murphys law" thing, but if its fine with no vibes or binding then i will leave it alone and return the t case drop. Ahh yes, freezing cold installs. Been there! Usually involves me taking out axles in the snow. Good luck man! its gonna be 48* what are you talking about freezing cold thats a heat wave.

Yesterday was a day from hell. First off it was supposed to be 48* and sunny, but it was more like 35* and cloudy and windy. The hardest part was getting the coils in. I got the passenger side in first but i had to disconnect the lower control arms at the frame end. First PITA. when i went to do the drivers side i could not get the axle low enough because i did not realize the front drive shaft was resting on the little front cross member. After i finally got the front end in and managed to get eh lca's back in i started to work on the shocks and the trac bar, I could not get eh upper shock studs off so for now they are still stock shocks all around. i installed the JKS trac bar instead of the RE HD trac bar b/c i did not have the time or the tools to drill the required 1/2" holes in the frame that RE did not tell me i had to do. So once the fron tend is done i started to work on the rear end. This is where the tragedy hit. the stupid key for the factory wheel locks broke. I called a few ppl and they said to cut a slit in the lug and try to turn it. bad idea. it shattered. I would have used bolt extractors but mine were not big enough. Now i have a broken lug that i cannot get off. That ended with a plasma torch and a ruined ZJ wheel ( tempo wheels that i only paid $50 for) Ruining the wheel was not too bad though b/c i was already painting the wheels to make sure she likes the gray color before we get AEV Bridger wheels for it. SO i painted the two spares i had and unless you really look or you know your jeep wheels you cant tell that much, it will be fine for a few months while we wait to get the new wheels. I also have to replace one wheel stud that got fubared from the torching. Once that was fixed i got the rear end together in about two hours with the help of two of my friends and my girl friend. Now all thats left to do is get all 4 RE mono tube shocks in and the sway bar disconnects.( have not arrived yet). I got the front end alligned today, and thursday night i will put the shocks and the sway bar disconnects in so its ready to drive to wills house friday night. I am also gonna return the RE trac bar mount and the RE t case drop that i ordered b.c its has no vibes at all. I only have a few shitty pics for now b/c the weather is bad, i will get more later.

Advanced auto parts sells a duplicolor wheel paint. It works fantastic, Just make sure to clean the wheels with paint thinner, paint in about 3 to 4 light coats, then put a coat of clear to protect them. moabs look greatin argent, i have pics of an xj with moabs painted argent if you need. ia m consideting doing mine as well.
