Ive been going steady with this still, not taking a lot of pictures but heres an update. I got my new radiator from Summit. Its a Griffen 2 Core Aluminum 22X19 and it fits a lot better, I still need to make mounts for it and figure out hoses. However I have been getting the grille ready. I cut out the areas where the original parking light holes were patched up and "repatched" them so it looks a little cleaner Inside Outside I got my Custom shaft from Dutchman Motor Sports. Its a 35 spline Dana 60 front, 30" length (4.5" shorter than stock) constructed of 1541H alloy steel. My hats off to Dutchman for incredibly fast turnaround time and even more incredible quality. I started to assemble the axle shaft assemblies with the outers and new U joints. I am running stock 30 spline outers for now, which I dont think Ill have a lot of trouble with New shaft, U joint, and Outer Compared to a d44 (the picture doesnt do much justice) Then I went to press the U joint into the other side (stock) innner and Bang! the ear broke off. I looked to have been alrady cracked, the surface at the break was rusty. I am not even wheeling yet and I'm breaking parts! So i ordered an OEM Short side inner, hopefully it will be here by friday I dont know if you can see, but the surface of the break was rusty, like it was already cracked for some time

still waiting on some parts but getting a little done.... I made my jeep into a unibody . I had some rubber body mounts at the stock mounting points but i got rid of them since the body is going to be sandwhiched between the cage mounts and roll cage feet. rienforcement it the mounting points i made instead of using washers also hooked up some ps lines and fuel lines to the throttle body made the lower rade mounts, no close up pics yet but heres one where you can see the rad and this showed up tonight (for the future) (well i only need 1/3 of it )

What t-case is that and why only using 1/3 of it? I assume its an NP203 to use as a doubler with a NP205.

wild horses 4x4 has a doubler kit for my setup (np435/d20) that uses a dodge 203 range box. That there is a dodge 203, the kit is over $1000 tho so im going to wait to do it at a later time

spent a lot of time staring at this thing in the past few days, planning my next power move and not getting much done. but still got a little done Grille: The parking lights are made by truck lite, about 2.5" diameter and use an 1157 bulb (two filiment) so you can use them for parking and signal lights. if anyone wants i have the part number tub painted with a few coats of rustoleum sliders, nothing fancy wiring mounted my fuse panel, and computer and started to run wire, i want to tackle some other stuff first before i go crazy wiring.... other stuff i started to plan out my cage and fuel cell and battery box details. going to order tube soon and start bending looking decent at least it looks ok i think exhaust manfolds. I am running the edelbrock TES headers from my s10 on the engine and i had to shave the motor mounts and massage the headers slightly to fit. no pics of that stuff but i did lose grip on my grinder once and it bounce off my forearm as it flew through the air
