2000, that leaves 2500 for build stuff, are you gonna build it in march when you're here? probably not. right now my only goal is to get the jeep, and get insurance on it, and a temp plate. drive it to Virginia and register it. Then worry about building it when im down there. Not gonna hastle with getting the parts while im still in florida, having them shipped to my house, and then coming home and not finding a jeep for sale and having a bunch of parts I would need to be shipped on my dime to virginia. too many problems I could run into. But, i do have a 2" BB id throw on it while im home. just so you know, your in the military and can register it pretty much anywhere(cheaper insurance) if you dont have family in a state that has cheap insurance(P.O Box) my cars were all registered in kansas... i havent lived there since i was 16. $83 every 3 months for insurance FTMFW!

i like the blue one if you plan on doing a front axle swap but if you plan on running the dana 30 get the older one so you can have high pinion. not only is a high pinion better for the obvious high clearance reason but it is stronger. A low pinion axle is said to drive on the coast side of the gears because it is in the front which makes it weaker.
