Figured I'd see if I can get my hands on some 44s rather than putting $$$ into the 30 and 35. Ideally I'd like to drop a Dana 300 in there too. Would let me get away with having the driveshaft on the other side and I could go twin stick

where are you located?
smiths 4x4 in franklin, ct has a good selection of stuff.
last time i walked around their yard they had waggy 44's with a driver side drop. and d300's are fairly common. smith's is very cheap as well.
i wouldnt bother calling because they dont know everything they have in the yard, they just tell you to go out back and look. but their yard is 98% jeeps.

this is true and i asked him if he had any 44s around, he said no. keep in mind this was about a month ago.

what are you looking to spend for a 44? this guy had 2 of them. one out of a mj and one from xj, xj one has a mini spool in it..
