Oh yeah, Chuck And Eddies in Southington has a ton of XJ's. If you cant find one there, Arite in New Britain will have one.

insurance no cover? bastards! If he only has liability like I do, no they won;t cover damage to the vehicle, just damage to another vehicle you hit or the person in the other vehicle. Insurance companies suck, but that is they way it goes.

Insurance companies suck, but that is they way it goes. u have liability? i think its a minimum. ya justin i got mine from chuck and eddies for a 100 bucks. that was a whole hatch actually. but the rear hatch is bonded in so that may be an issue.

Should be the same. what year is yours? almost all XJs are the same. I rope in gasket. Very simple to install. like i said on the other thread...if you need help just bring it to RC if your going and ill slap it in for you.
most insurance companys will actually waive your deduct for glass. Normally up to 3 times a year. If you get a small chip in your winsheild like from rocks and it can be repaired all insurance companys waive the deduct except for state farm. well in maryland anyway

seems to be a big rubber seal as u describe on early xj but not 100% sure if its the gasket you can just pull it off and all the glass will fall out... if its glued in with urethane you wont be able to get the molding and glass off
