The do actually. The 9.5 is a semi-floating version and looks much like a 10 bolt with the round cover. The 9.5 is most likely found in 6 lug but there are some 8 lugs I believe. People will argue that the 10.5 14 bolt only came in full floating, but that is incorrect, with smei-floating just being really rare. I know this because a guy on my street has a 10.5" 14 bolt that is semi-floating. 10.5" only came in 8 lug.
