Custom XJ front bumper

My friend built this for his jeep and i bought it from him for my jeep. Now i am getting an ARB front bumper so its for sale. LIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED, NO SHIPPING

Its built out of 1/4" Structureal C channel steel with reinforcements, tow hooks, hoop, and light bracket and 2" front receiver. It has some surface rust but nothing bad, its been wire wheeled and painted wiht rustoleum gloss paint. Located in manchester nh.
