Hey guys I have a friend at school thats lookin to sell his 98 XJ Sport. I told him i was in a offroad club and that i could see if anyone was interested so here it is.. He said he had a brand new engine put in it when he blew up the other one, there is about 137k on the body and about 20k on the engine. New suspension parts but stock hight, power everything. Stock size BFG all terrains, 4 door, hes got 4 lights on the roof and what looked to me like a home made roof rack, made out of wood. Flowmaster 40 series exhaust. He has blue neon underglow on it and neons in the interior but from what i saw the wiring is spaggetti on the inside and the wires arent hidden to well. I dont know if he is keeing the neons or not.. not that it matters for what someone on this site is going to do with it but maybe you can talk him down on the price to buy without the neons. He is only asking $3000 for it which is why i said i would put it up here on the site, I dont think thats to bad, I looked it up on Kelly's blue book and from what I know based on my area code it said its worth $3570 - $4010. So if anyone is interested post your name and a contact number where he can reach you and I will give him that info on monday.

i beleive its the dark green... im not 100% it was dark tonight when i looked at it and wasnt paying full attentin to color as features and ware.... but i think green
....... why Will whats wrong with yours??

every other month my jeep for whatever reason has some sort of issue where i either cant start it or cant drive it and it constantly leaves me stranded (different reason everytime). theres no reason i can come up with why a well maintained 1997 cherokee should have as many problems as mine has had in the last year, its really obnoxious, so itd be nice to have another around

Will, seriously. For a daily driver get a Honda or a Toyota. Civic, Accord, Corolla even an Integra. Crazy great on gas and never break.

its not like this jeep is the only one for sale. my buddys is for sale too, will can vouch for its condition, same price but 5 speed and red. so quit your bitching and buy this kids friends jeep sounds like its in great shape and will buy my civic for a dd and put a jeep motor into it so you can have the same amount of problems you would if u just bought a jeep
