Bumper V 2.0 plus free stinger for you!

Here is the final revision to my front bumper. This is the last fitment. Now I have to take it back off cap the ends, sand and paint it. I might as well make some sub frame tie ins and brace the steering box. This bumper is more respectable than the long nose first attemp.

Here is the final. I had to bend new tubing for this with the exception of the main bar.





Now I have the stinger from the first bumper cut down. It is about 18 inches tall. It may fit if someone has a flat front bumper. It is free to anyone that thinks it will work for them and is a MEMBER. If you come up and its close I will burn it on for you too, obviously for free.

exactly how i want my bumper to be.

simple,functional,high clearance, lightweight.

any tubing bender you would reccomend? i plan on building a cage soon too

I use a cheap harbor freight 12 ton bender. It was on sale for $80. Works great.

will that HF bender bend tube (note:not sch40 pipe) without kinking or majorly deforming the tube?

cuz i gots me some tube to have bent/welded

It depends on the gauge. This is a pipe bender. If its heavy walled tubing, its really the same thing as pipe.

Do you have a welder? Do I need to bring a mig? Have a tubing notcher? Should I bring that too?
