I have this squeeking that I thought wa?s my rear pads at low speed. At first I thought it was my rear pads needing adjustment or replacement and did this but now it is still doing this after only a few days of brand new shoes. What else should I be checking in the rear?

driveshaft. i woujld put it up on jackstands and put it in drive then listen around the back with the tires spinning to pinpoint it. make sure you do have someone in the drivers seat while doing this. I'd hate to hear you mowed down your neighbors house with your jeep as per my suggestion.
