have the cheapest place order one, they are usually at the store the next morning.
autozone takes a few days, but advance and napa have never let me down

I believe it will NOT work from an 89 to yours. They are different part numbers anyway. but shit if you can get it off and swap over why not try

autozone has your scanner and autozone will order the part cps for you as well.. buttt if you can't get the jeep there, they won't let you borrow the scanner.
option: flat tow / tow strap.
