im gonna take your guys advice, and im lowering my jeep to about 7-8" but now im worried about ruining my fenders. I saw a pic of heavymetals and they looked nice. what tools did you all use? I dont want to cut past the pinch seam and have a gaping hole between my fenderwell and fender, like ive seen on a few jeeps up here. basically my jeep looks nice now and i want it to keep looking nice. what would you all think about just hacking at it quickly and covering it all up with some bushwhackers?

I used a 4.5 inch angle grinder and a thin cutting wheel.

jigsaw with a fine tooth blade works nicely but you need a cutoff wheel or something to start the cut, the bottoms of the fenders are to radical for a jigsaw
