alot. more details about the axles?
late 70's bronco axles?
cast radius arm mounts or no?
you will need brackets- about $400 if you buy, and about $80 if you decide to fab your own. you will need a welder (or a close friend who can do it for you) you will need gears trust me, you dont want 3:07's turning a tire big enough to necessitate the need for those axles. thats about $400 depending on where you get your gears and install kits.
you will want to lock them (unless your a penny pinching unlocked pussy) thats at least a grand for full case lockers or upwards of $1800 if you want selectable. or you could go spool rear and detroit front (cheapest option)
and pay someone to put the gears and lcoekrs in $450 minimum depending on where you go.
new brakes all around (trust me you dont want to use old junkyard brakes) maybe 100 bucks if you go all out with calipers and wheel cylinders and whatnot
shafts (no you dont need them, but once you pull your front 44 shafts you will notice that they arent any bigger than a dana30's)about $500-600
some nice shiny locking hubs for the front ($80 or so) (again you dont need them, but i wouldnt trust 40 year old junkyard hubs)
then there will always be those little stupid things that you overlook during the swap such as brake hoses, e-brake, u-joint yokes etc. add about $200 "wtf did i forget?" money.
oh and a welder, angle grinder, angle finder and other cool tools.
so yea, it gets pricey, and measure 3 times weld once, i only measured twice and a couple things came out a little funky. i namely my coil buckets came out hack because i rushed and kept saying "it'll be good enough!" after seeing your rig on jackstands for a few months you will feel the same way.
