Can somebody post pics of theirs mounted? I see the holes on the bottom of my frame rails but im failing to understand how im supposed to get a bolt in them to bolt the receiver on to...

Pretty sure you need nutstrips to put in there. You can take a look at mine if you want.

if you just install some rock sliders or drop brackets i hear it alleviates the issue

i forget exactly how it worked on my xj. However, when i put one on my tj, i had to use a little wire thing to fish the bolts through the holes in the frame. Then mount the hitch on there and wrench away.
