Does anyone else's tj's transfer skid collect a lot of snow/slush then freeze into a huge block of ice? And does anyone know how to make it stop happening? Steve, while i like the idea of lifting it to make it further from the crap on the roads that isn't a financial reality right now.

I own a yj and find a lot of shit collects up there in the skid but not ice, there must be a hole in the bottom of the skid plate to drain water right? If not i would start there

yeah, it's got a hole in it, but all that does is make a nice icicle connecting from the skid to the ground when it gets warm enough to melt. thanks though, any other ideas?
