Is this why you run stock wheels? We have a friend with a rig like that. We call it the " Wide-trac", hehe actually i ran like this for 2 weeks 35x12.5 on 2.75 backspacing

a dana 60 is not too big for a 35. lots of people do it. Dana 44s are also run in buggies. and i have fullwidth axles. haha
Will if you wanna do a worthy and by worthy i mean really playin for keeps swap narrow a 1 ton axle. its not that unreasonable. On that note im gonna agree with heap xj and say go all out But you know me.

for wills plans for his jeep, 44s F&R will be all he ever needs, so going "full out" doesnt apply to him, and if that were the case why doesnt everyone go 14bolt rears and chromolied 60 fronts w/ full hydro-steering and 44'' TSLs on a triple triangulated coilover suspension..... not only buggies run full widths, and Will just cuz your speedo says 100 doesnt mean its really going 100,

and Will just cuz your speedo says 100 doesnt mean its really going 100, thanks professor so 95 fact is im not playing for axle keeps right now, so a 1 ton axle would be useless for me to blow money on. im not doing anything with my rear a 1 ton front would cost (relatively) a fortune for me. and setting both up would cost another fortune i think what i wanna do or what i have now is a reasonable and perfectly fine setup for my type of (non hardcore) wheeling. nothing like corey or jeffs build will take place with my jeep until i have both a truck and trailer in the relatively distant future...just isnt part of the forseeable plan, so yes mike is correct

the only thing i disagree with is that a 1 ton axle would be useless to you im not even trying to convince you or any crap but dana 60s would be Very usefull under your truck even as a dd
