I know my TJ's halfdoors are heavy and the full hard doors are freakin ridiculously heavy. unless the 97's come with heavier metal... you need to start working out.  |

I know dave will say how bad my door was. I used to big of a cutting disk and cut a little into the rocker. The pins are so shot. Dave welded my hinge back on so I might try getting the door off again. The pins are really stuck in there. The wiring isnt to bad to unplug.

The hinge itself was extremely out of shape. We had to shim it to just get the door to shut. The pins are also quite bent. Actually it may help to cut the bottom of the pins out.

i LOVE taking the top and doors off my wrangler (the doors i can do myself but the top i need another person. it weighs about as much as i do) and flying through mud. it just flies everywhere and looks sooooo cool!! yea so what the interior gets dirty so what its a jeep its supposed to be covered in mud and there made for that. |

got this mod done a lil while ago. turn form me and fred and a dremal. to me hawk fred and kyle 2 dremels and a 30 rack cutting jamboree. it got done and it was relitively easy.. looks sweet as fawk too. passed a cop twice the next day...suprisingly didnt do nething
