So after my XJ spontaneously overheated on the ride up, and all that bullshit happened and I got it back home, thats when the real fun began. Woke up this morning at 6 to get to bridgeport to work on it. We ran it, checked it, replaced the Thermometer and added more fluid. Changed the right caliper which had seized (hence the strong left hand turn when I broke) and called will and got on the highway. I didn't make it out of Trumbull when it overheated again, let it cool and tried once more. Ran fine until I hit 84 West. Ovheated again. I pulled over, let it cool and ran it slowly back home, where It did not overheat at all. I get back to the garage and we go over everything again, no hose leaks, nothing, got all the air out of the system and tried again. Overheated in the exact same spot I did before in trumbull. But this time, the Jeep wouldn't start back up for an hour. It is at the shop now, because I'm sick and tired of working on it today, and everyone thinks it is a headgasket. The only way air can be getting in that shitty enclosed collant system I have. Oh well. Paragon is out of the question. Maybe next time.

I'm going to go down to the shop monday and check everything. If it is a pipe, tube, piece of metal or rubber, it is getting checked.

We changed it like 4 times on saturday and kept overheating.
There is something wrong though, becuase every time I drive that thing I lose a quart of oil, and I'm not burning it off.
