I was thinking OBDI port, too but not quite sure. I never seen anyone plug an OBDI in to anything, cause usually no one has that scanner

I know that behind the rubber and foam thats lines the fire wall there was a hex head bolt 10mm i think with a star lock washer on it and it was factory and used for a few other grounds on my old 94. it was pretty obv that it was for grounds and there was nothing aftermarket on that jeep. pull back the carpet behind the pedals and then pop the plastic plugs off that rubber mat and check back there.

Is this a serious question? It's a ground wire, anywhere on the body will work.
