yes, theyre the same as all other stock XJ rims, so theyll fit.

if its stock backspacing it will fit but rub on turns, pretty badly om the arms

yes
i had an inch more lift and it rubbed the arms on full turns..
if these have better backspacing itd be better
he can get by with em mounted, just seein if he should buy wheelspacers eventually
