Front dana 30 and rear 8.25 in my 99 xj with 33x12.5 tires and lockrites front and rear
and im deff a finesse (however you spell it) driver.

I think the 8.25 would be fine, the 30 is another question tho. phil has a similar setup in his jeep

theres always the risk of breaking, but those axles are stout enough for 33's in stock form
get some cheap spare shafts for insurance

I'm locked up front in my D30 and I've blown 2 u joints so far and blew a front ring gear. I won't be shy to say I beat on my rig, but shit happens and I've always driven home. |
