So I was looking at LA kits today and I saw that you can buy just the front end or rear end. So how not ideal is it if you ran just LA up front and not in rear? Obviously for price reason, eventually LAing all the way around

you should, lower your jeep. /thread. trade ur springs for lower springs. ar far as the long arms, i dont imagine it being a major prob being stock rear, LA front. but get them priorities set first.

well, doing just the front is stupid IMHO. IRO does it bc WJ rears are trailing arm. the front end of your jeep is EXACTLY the same as the rear (minus steering) so any ill effects from a short arm front exactly replicate in the back.

ok adam, you and your damn negativity all the time!!!
What about coils, dont different coils have like different spring rates and what not? I was looking for someone to trade 4.5s for 3.5s but I didnt want to get just any random coils.. Might just buy RE 3.5s and sell mine

the difference would be negligible. just stick with the same springs for front and the same springs for the rear. dont alternate sides. but any TJ spring should be similar enough.

^^ i agree with that guy. if you wanna buy new springs, rusty's are cheap but shipping kills. rough country's new progressive stuff is really nice, go check them out.
