My guess is no. One of those plates must go on the bumper mounted side of the frame and I'm assuming the bumper you got ties in to the frame. My guess is no.

the fit will probably be tight.
JCR bumpers with the tie ins already account for an outer steering box brace. get an inner from a company like c-rok and be good to go.
im not familiar with how tight a fit a jcr front is....but i wouldnt chance it trying to fit it over that

You can make anything fit. Those aren't that thick and Im sure the bumper tabs aren't gusseted so they will give a bit. Mine are 1/4" and I can spread them at the end.

if its as tight as mine, no chance, unless u like the ends of the tie ins bowing out and then cranking them down. just seems like the c-rok route is cheaper, and will fit

I'd say try it. For what it's worth when my frame broke it broke on the inside of the frame and on the top and bottom. The outside was working as a hinge. You would probably be just fine with the inside plate only. that bumper tie in is gonna make everything stronger on the ouside as well, kind of taking the place of the outside steering box brace.

I've "heard" those don't help and can actually make things worse.
