Went to Home Guido yesterday and built a new storage box. Sides are like 23/32 and bottom and top are 17/32 plywood. reinforced the top a little bit with some 2x4s as i will be sleeping on it. The inside height is 14". I plan on doing a lot more with this and i am going to be extending it further where the rear seats would be. bottom reinforcement back my new compressor fits perfectly in the notch i made and ill run the line to the tank on top of it. top and sides will be getting some grey carpeting and i have to figure out what i want to do for drawers and such.

if your not gonna make a box setup for the rear seat area and just use it as open storage be sure to leave the seat back in for easier loading and unloading, when i tried that and took the whole seat out it was a pita having to deal with the uneven floor. or make a sub floor to fill in that area where the seat was to the back of the drivers seat.
