I really need rear shocks and i figure i only want to do this once so i am gonna knuckle under and get the good stuff.
I am eventually getting Bilstein 5150s for the front but i can also get them for the rear like adam did if i can save for a bit longer.
Currently i have Douche Tech 3000's in front until i can afford new fronts.
I know the REs and bilsteins are good but which is better and is it worth it to get the rancho equivalent and save about $20 each? Other options will be considered.
My rears also need to be short enough for a 3" lift cause of my custom rear upper shock mounts. So if i dont get some described for that size then i need to figure out what the full extension and compression lengths are.
Any help is appreciated.

I dont want a cheap twin tube. I could get any old twin tube for under $50 but i really want to get some nice monotubes.

i say buy a set of rockkrawlers.. ive run them for a long time there cheap and are a pretty good shock. i think like 90 per set (mean both rear are 90$for the 2)
