Alright, I'm finishing/adding to the lift on my already 3" o' lift on my XJ. I have two options on how I should finish it and I just wanted more opinions
Rusty's Package...$500 used, maybe 15 hours on it:
Complete Rusty's 4.5" kit w/ full rear spring packs, no trac bar but comes with Rusty's control arms that I can sell because I already have RE arms.
Hybrid Kit off Jeepinoutfitters...Slightly under $500:
-1" coil spacers -TNT 1.5" boomerangs -Transfer case drop -RE Adjustable Trac bar (any others I should look at???) -6 degree axle shims.
If you guys have any other suggestions feel free to throw them at me. Thanks!

I thought the Rusty's kit would be the underdog. Any reason why you guys think it would be the better option

what about the rubicon express 4.5" lift? I dont need a full lift. I already have RE upper and lower arms and my shocks will work. I don't have the extra monies to dump into a whole new lift either.

why go bigger? too small at the mall?
3" leaf + shackle > 4.5" leaf. get a shackle for the rear, new coils up front, an good adj trackbar. no shims unless you sye.

I'm probably going with a SYE this summer but I just don't have the money or the time to do it now. I was going to do shims now just to get it out of the way. And sorry I'm either at school or on a ship somewhere most of the time you guys have a wheeling trip so I can't go.

dont mind adam. he has no friends. Anyways. I say do the hybrid. Rustys anything is useless. I dont care if he makes it or not. (tho i see thats what you run) are you running full pack or AAL? What RE track bar are you looking at? If its not the RE extreme duty one dont bother as the other one is rubbish with the single shear mounting. I say get bigga front coils and the tnt boomerang shackle and call it done. If you get vibes get the TC drop and save the shims for when you get the SYE. or... wheel it, trim, bigger tires. done
