Check to see if they make 1:6 rockers for the cherokee. Instead of doing a cam just do the rockers. This will make your jeep think you have a cam with more duration and lift. im pretty sure the yella terras are 1:7 |

No real upgrade then. Little less friction but other than that not worth it. Find some 1:6 if you're looking for some power

I have 87 in it now with some octane booster. I think I will be running 93. You can tune a turbo system to run on 87 though with enough ignition retard. I can turn my btm back and run colder plugs I suppose.

im pretty sure stockers are 1.6. maybe ill just have a small valve job done.. the rollers are insanely expensive for not a lot of gain.

If the rollers sell as 1:7 and stockers are 1:6 there would be negative performance gain when switching to the roller rockers. |

Holy shiat 1:5 to 1:8. Thats a big difference. I was a little backwards with what I said. Usually I see guys go to 1:6 thinking 1:7 was stock. 1:5 is stock so I was a little off. I didn't see a price but that outta make a difference. |

i think i remember reading somewhere the rockers can be had for ~380 direct from yella terra- theyre 420ish on qtec. still steep.
