How about putting some disk brakes on the rear?

Then doing the 96+ booster, and then a proportioning valve from a ZJ with rear disks.

I used to be able to lock up my 35's with the 95, and it was the larger booster, and I had disks and the ZJ proportioning valve.

and? how'd it work out wait your '90 has ABS? me no have ABS

The single diaphragm does suck..... I was still able to lock up my front brakes doing about 30-40mph but it sure hell was delayed and I don't think I could have pressed any harder...... I don't even think my rear brakes were working at the time lesson learned.....brakes are important

I found that both front calipers were shot, both rear cylinders were starting to leak, the shoes and springs on both sides were basically seized. Once I got all that straightened out it stops better but I really need to upgrade my master cylinder while running the larger tires all the time

yeah I had ABS it was a really weird gay set up that had close to 100% failure rate.
I don't know how well it worked, I haven't driven it yet, but when I do I'll let you know.
I didn't really have any other options, they don't make parts for the abs system of that year any mo.

Drove the jeep tonight with my new brakes and its 100% better. Stops on a dime with 33's.
